Betsson has expanded its presence in Eastern Europe and the Balkans by launching its operations in Serbia. The company has introduced its Rizk brand in the country, marking another step in its strategy to expand into new markets and strengthen its position in the Central and Eastern European regions (CEECA), including Central Asia.
In the second quarter of the year, CEECA accounted for 43% of Betsson's revenue. The introduction of the Rizk brand in Serbia is seen as an opportunity to further establish the brand in this fast-developing iGaming jurisdiction.
