BetMakers Technology Group has confirmed that Christian Stuart, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its North American business, will step down from his role on April 6 as part of an organizational restructure. Stuart has led the developer's regional operations since January 2022. Prior to joining BetMakers, Stuart held various positions at Caesars Entertainment Inc., including Head of Caesars Sports & Online Gaming and Executive Vice President of Gaming and Interactive Entertainment.

Matt Davey, BetMakers' Executive Chairman, praised Stuart for his contributions to the company, adding that the company will continue to expand into new markets and focus on optimizing its business. Meanwhile, Chelsey Abbott, who previously served as Head of People and Culture, has been promoted to Chief People Officer.

In other news, BetMakers has signed a non-binding term sheet with Stronach Group's 1/ST Content business to distribute BetMakers' Global Racing Network's (GRN) race meetings into international wagering markets, subject to long-form agreement completion. The deal is scheduled to launch from May 1 and covers markets including the UK and Ireland. Finally, BetMakers has announced that it will relocate its headquarters to Melbourne, where the CEO and other executive members are based.
